Project Vision
Skye@Tuas is purpose-built to support heavy logistics, transport operators, and modern industrial users.
The development comprises nine storeys of industrial space, offering over 300 units, along with three levels of parking, including two dedicated levels for heavy vehicles.
Units are designed with generous ceiling heights averaging approximately 8 metres, with selected levels offering heights of up to 12.95 metres, making them suitable for vertical storage systems and oversized equipment.
Designed with flexibility in mind, Skye@Tuas incorporates key features that allow businesses to adapt their space as operational needs evolve. These include optimised floor loading, 4-hour fire-rated walls enabling potential conversion between factory and warehouse use, and enhanced electrical capacity to support power-intensive operations.
In addition, Skye@Tuas is set to become one of Singapore’s first industrial developments equipped with electric truck charging infrastructure, supporting businesses transitioning toward sustainable and green transport solutions.
